Today's the last Friday and also the last Day of 2010. I would like to sum up my memories and reflections for this year.
There might be some grammatical mistakes while I write this, but heck.

For the first day of school, I remembered it is quite a windy drizzly day as I stepped into Z campus for the first time in my life. Elated with anticipation, I wondered around the school to meet up with my dear friends that I have not seen for two whole months. It was really a great time to catch up with each other as the wind refreshed our body and mind. Seeing G7 telling each other "Oi, long time no see leh!!", I knew that once again, our new Z campus would be filled with life and vibrancy that our G campus once had.

The BLU week was really memorable as we mingled with both the juniors and the seniors. When we were supposed to find a year one and make friends with him/her, I hastily found a place surrounded by year ones form the class R3, and I made friends with lots of them! I may have forgotten some of the names but I still remember the faces! Furthermore, we were also divided into orientation groups and we had to paste our own photos on the boards that had the word "SOTA" on it. The greater meaning of this act is to bond us together regardless of our age, with the motto " United we stand, Divided we fall!". Just like how we are supporting Anjali now, as a whole big family in her quest for the tickets to Taylor's concert next year.

The next few months of the school passed really swiftly as we tried to adjust our fingers to write "2010" as the date, instead of "2009". We got to know many places around school, and imagine our excitement as we learnt about the ROOFTOP! I remembered I used to climb all the way up there with my friends to practice inclined-pull-ups, do some stretching, exercising, etc in the mornings of wednesdays! We used to lie down on the synthetic grass when the temperature is cool and windy, looking up at the clear blue sky with dragonflies flying on top of our heads. And not to be forgotten, the hall too! In almost every morning of wednesdays, my friends and I would play handball/soccer/badminton/basketball there after begging miss koh/mr khairol for the PE room key. I am really glad that despite the hectic schedule we had, we still had time to have fun, thanks to the 1 hour of each wednesday morning.

As time passed, I joined another chamber group and practised a new piece with them, called "Diner's Club". I had very fond memories of it, as it was really enjoyable and fun. I had never been in a more exciting chamber as this, I mean it! It was my very first time having so much fun with percussion instruments and making music together as a group. This experience really sharpened my rhythmic skills, and ofcourse, co-ordination with each other.

I must not fail to mention the music rooms of the school. When I first stepped into P3, I was filled with awe and amazement as I wondered "Woah, so bright and brilliant-looking! Like a professional music studio liddat!" The days spent in P3 were really productive! Being in an enclosed quiet environment, I was able to concentrate fully on my own instrument(as well as having fun on the piano) and make full use of my SIP time. However, sometimes it's really too quiet and I really do miss the sounds of basketball and running footsteps I once heard outside not long ago in G campus..

Well, I shouldn't say anything about the yr two camp as i have already posted what i wanted to say after the camp. (:

I first had my hands on the Edirol recorder not long ago, somewhere in Term 3. i remembered mr Ryan bringing our radio play group(all nine of us) to the lunchtime concert where the AGPs performed in. Placing the mega earphones on our ears, we could hear every note clearly, even the breathing sound made by Theodore during an upbeat rest, as well as the chatterings and whispers of the people in the audience, while we were sitting right at the back! We were making funny faces while hearing things that we weren't supposed to hear during the concert..Well, I should dismiss this subject for now.

Oh, and the canteen pianos too! I really had a great time playing duets with my friends after school when there probably ain't alot of people hearing it(or even there). Even though one of the pianos was abit broken and battered, it could still produce sound. I really hope that the school can fix the piano soon.

The school library is one of my fondest memories, during the "rush hour" before the EOYS. I would go there with my friends to relax(aka use the computers), or go there alone to the study room to study. If not for the library, I could have screwed my ARC. I spent hours on the computer looking for information, and in the study room to ask Deborah for ARC study tips. Well, in the end it was all worthwhile! I also remember the times spent with my closest friends in the canteen revising science, etc after school, at around 6plus pm. I love the emptiness and silence as we revised our stuff along with the breeze, messing our papers and hair up at the same time.

And for the first FIRST time in my life, winning a trophy and award for yangqin. I have never considered that my house's broken yangqin could win. But it's just on the outside. Thank you yangqin so much. <3

There are still alot of things that I would like to talk about, but because of time limitation I would like to end it here. The thing I disliked about 2010 is it passed by WAY TOO FAST. TOO FAST TO BE NOTICED.

Well, I hope 2011 would be a better year, and 2012 be an even better year.

(: I really love your voice(I MEAN IT) and remember last yr when u sang "think of me" hahaa i can still remember it!! THANKS for being one of my closest friends! and grandma! ^^ BEEBEE ROCKS. =D BFF!!jiayou!!

Amanda- Hey amanda!!! I like your blurness! HAHA (; I think you're really cute hahaha and i enjoyed talking to ya alot ^^ Although most of the times you wont understand what Im talking about LOL haha but yeah beethoven rocks OK. LOL good luck and smile always like you're doing now ahaha ^^ You're a great sports companion too! so good at handball haha

Ching Yi- YO! Hey chingyi I really like your loud loud voice because it's so bright XD and i think your eyes are really big and nice!! i like your *WHAT LAH* hahaha..i think you're really open and brave too!! (: so have fun yeah! AND YOUR DRAWINGS ARE SO NICE!!!REALLY!! and very creative! i dont think i can draw HALF as well as yours..anw ROCK ON!

Valerie Goh- HELLO! eh i only have two words to describe you- LISTENING EAR. Thank you shinee-fan for being SUCH A GREAT COMPANION and listening to me complain and rant abt things LOL and your advices have been of great help!! ^^ and thanks for tolerating me beebee crap in class everyday..wait..ITS NOT CRAP. anyway i think you're real good at everything! like ARC, IHSS(damn neat notes) and LIT AND MORE OMG..Be happy yeah? ^^

Jake- ...hi! i think you're really good AT SPORTS MANNN omg just look at ur fb profile pict..HOW DID U BECOME SO GOOD lol argh haha and erm honestly try to minimize the times you flip ppl's hair..heheheheh jk anyway try to be more...guai?
